Future History continue their monthly residency at Shoreditch’s famous disco pub The Horse & Groom.
Over the last five years Future History have asserted their authority on the London clubbing scene, gaining regular support from Time Out, The Guardian, Don’t Panic & London Calling. The nights underground aesthetic and strong principles created the perfect platform for its residents to showcase their unique blend of dance music, as well as some of the worlds top DJs. Bristol’s Artifact blurred boundaries, Rory Phillips brought back the heady days of Trash, Cologne’s Barnt scaled new heights, Toronto’s Brennan Green celebrated the final leg of his european tour, disco royalty Gerry Rooney & Joel Martin debuted their latest project Velvet Season & The Hearts Of Gold, Alex Egan showcased his Draughtsman moniker and Bradley Zero brought the sound of Rhythm Section to Future History. In recent years Future History have hosted rooms for Rinse FM at London’s long-standing Ministry of Sound and played at some of the top venues across Europe.

Upstairs- Detention
As the season to be jolly kicks off, it’s rude not to raise a festive toast to the last Detention of the year. Our 4th party and its looking like it’s going to be our biggest yet.
Big shout to the Clamping festival fanatics who celebrated the end of season in behaviour which would have got you some on on one time with the head master.
Resident DJ Nicky T will be celebrating his birthday so be ready for some bday treats of the record box variety, Nish will be back once again delivering some deep and groovy tunes, his current selection is full of Christmas crackers.
Dominic Aquila will once again be delivering the very best in deep tech and house. His latest release on Whoyostro making the boxes of some of the scenes big hitters. This year has been a return to form for him and he will be sure to end the year in style here.
Welcoming A special guest appearance from DJ Polky, bringing us some of the finest electronic sounds. Normally found asking the Detention regulars to strike a pose, this time Polky is at the other end of the lens, we will be asking him to stay focused. One thing is guaranteed his tunes will put a smile on your face, no need for cheese.
